I'm Kyle Thomas
After graduating college with a pile of rejected job applications, I took the first job that accepted me. I was doing data entry in a cubicle outside the airport. Not exactly the way I expected to start my new career! But after deciding I finally needed to make a change and implementing a set of systems, I landed a job as Uber's 250th employee in 3 months and changed my life forever.
I went from soul-sucking robot work to launching $1B markets for one of the fastest-growing companies of all time. After I was laid off during the pandemic, I realized that the hiring landscape had changed, but the job-hunting advice was still the same as the decade before.
Now I use what I've learned to help people just like you find their dream job. It's my mission to eliminate the anxiety, uncertainty, and loneliness of the job hunt and replace it with clarity, connectedness, and inspiration.
